This policy explains what Terrain-to-Print collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Account data: your email address (used to sign in and to attribute purchased credits). Project data: the boundaries, markers, settings, and cached elevation you choose to save. Purchase records: a ledger of credit purchases (tier, amount, timestamp, Stripe session id). We never see or store your card number — that is handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

To provide the Service: authenticate you, save and load your projects, grant and spend download credits, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we rely on

Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Mapbox / USGS (map tiles and elevation). Map and elevation lookups send the geographic area you are viewing to those providers so they can return imagery and elevation.

Retention

We keep your account and projects until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Purchase records are retained as needed for financial and legal compliance.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To delete your account and associated projects, contact us using the email on your account; project and credit records are removed on account deletion (purchase ledger entries may be retained where required by law).

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
