Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Terrain-to-Print (the “Service”), a web app that generates 3D-printable terrain models from public map and elevation data. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service lets you draw a property boundary, generate a terrain model, and download it as an STL or 3MF file. Downloads are paid for with credits purchased through our payment processor, Stripe.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide an accurate email address. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy credits.

Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in packs and are consumed one per model download. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. See our Refund Policy.

Your content and license to output

You retain rights to the boundaries and labels you create. The models you generate and download are yours to print and use for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.

Accuracy disclaimer

Elevation and imagery come from third parties (USGS 3DEP, Mapbox) and boundaries are drawn by you. Models are approximate representations for visualization and hobby printing. They are not surveys and must not be relied upon for legal boundaries, engineering, navigation, or safety-critical decisions.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Service’s billing or rate limits, and don’t use it to infringe others’ rights or break the law.

Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
