Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your terrain models. This policy explains how refunds work for download credits.

Try before you buy

You can search, draw your boundary, generate a model, and view it in full 3D for free. Credits are only used when you download a file, so you can confirm the model looks right before spending anything.

Unused credits

If you purchased a credit pack and haven’t used it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the unused credits.

Technical problems

If a download fails, produces a corrupt or non-printable file, or a credit was charged without delivering a file, contact us and we’ll refund or restore the affected credit. Every export is checked for watertightness server-side before it’s delivered, but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.

What isn’t refundable

Because the models are digital goods delivered instantly, we generally can’t refund credits that were successfully used to download a working file — for example, if you simply changed your mind after downloading. Model accuracy limitations described in our Terms are not grounds for a refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the email associated with your account or the support contact listed in the app, with the date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
